I have been having issues with your companies choice of shipping for almost half a year now. I THINK someone finally fixed my shipping address to one that will actually recieve something via mail, and now I am getting emailed about my account being suspended. You guys are really testing my patience.

Hello Cynical,
Your account was not suspended. Your subscription was. On May 19 We sent you an email about this. I have reinstated the subscription. Would you like for me to move the items that are in your sidecart to pending order so they can all ship out together?
Here is the email that was sent on May 19:
"Dear Jay,
This order was returned to us marked as: "Insufficient Address"
I've added replacements to your sidecart. However, as this has now happened multiple times, I am suspending your subscription until we hear back from you to confirm your shipping address.
