I've just receive email saying part of this order is shipping.
But according to the link in that message the two other parts show as having been shipped, over a week ago (although I never received email saying they were shipping). My order history also still shows the rest of the order as still pending.
It also doesn't seem to have been combined with the item I have in my sidecart. I thought you could add items to an order until it was finalized - I'm pretty sure I've been able to do that in the past!

Hello JohnF,
The first part of the order shipped out earlier today. The other 2 parts are on pick lists right now, which means they should be shipping soon.
The item in your sidecart was added after the subscription order for the month was created. Our system only looks in the sidecart when it is generating the monthly orders. Anything added after that will ship with the next months order, even if the monthly order has not shipped out yet. We can manually move items until the order ships if you let us know, but our system will only automatically do it when it generates the orders. I have moved the item into the pending order. I do want to make sure you want this though as the item is the Ultimate Intrigue deck, which is also already in the order because it is part of your subscription.
I have also changed your shipping method as you have 'cheapest' selected as your preferred method. For some reason our system chose a more expensive method for this order. One package has already been shipped so I can change that one, but the rest of the items will go in a single package instead of 2.

I was wondering why things were shipping in multiple parts - almost every other order has shipped in one package. If it happens again I'll let you know as soon as I spot it.
