Hi Service Team,
I received an email stating that this order was finalized and ready to ship, but I wanted to ask if you could throw in my sidecart as well. It's been there for a bit and I'm confused as to why it isn't included already.
Also, I see an order #5013982 on my order history but it is blank. Could you dispel my confusion regarding that? Thanks.

Hello Herbert,
The item in your sidecart was added after the subscription order had been generated. Our system only checks the sidecart when the monthly order is generated. Anything added after that will wait for the next months order to ship out unless we manually move it into an order. Order 51112637 has already shipped out, so I can no longer make any changes to it.
Order 5013982 was originally the order the sidecarted item was in. When that was submitted the items traveled from the order to your sidecart. So there are no items in order 5013982.
