Hi,
there are basically 3 possible answers to this, not sure which one you are looking for, so here they are:
If you are looking for the first adventure path by Paizo, that would be The Shackled City, released in the Dungeon Magazine, and set in Greyhawk (but mostly setting neutral)
If you are looking for the first AP set in Golarion, then you want to look at Rise of the Runelords. The AP was made for DnD 3.5, there is a Pathfinder system hardcover collection.
Finally, the last possibility is the first AP with the Pathfinder system which would be Council of Thieves
Also, as a remark, the APs do not really have a set timeframe they are happening in. There are a few dependencies, but you can otherwise set them when you need to.

All three of those adventure paths are designed for 1st level characters. All the APs listed above were published by the creators of of Pathfinder. The first mentioned is before they had their own setting, back when they were official licensees of Wizards of the Coast, working on D&D 3.5. The second is the first set in their setting (now called the Pathfinder Campaign Setting), but uses the D&D 3.5 system. The third is the first for the Pathfinder system in the Pathfinder Campaign Setting.

Also, every AP yet published for Pathfinder starts at 1st. Star finder is looking to break this with their AP starting in November (which will start at 7th, following on from a 1-6 AP starting in August.

btw. the first official Adventure on Golarion was D0 - Hollow's Last Hope
(some of the set pieces for the GameMastery line have been retconned into Golarion - Throne of the Gorilla King etc.)

And the first module in the Pathfinder system is Crypt of the Everflame (which is continued in Masks of the Living God & City of Golden Death).
Which I highly recommend running if you're just starting off as a GM. (I find it's good to start with something small before jumping into a full-blown Adventure Path.)
