Hi Paizo CS People

The above is my May subscription order which spawned properly and I think is all good to go. I'm going to be overseas for a while and was hoping to get this shipment before I left but I don't think that's going to be possible now.

As such, would you mind changing the shipping method to whatever is cheapest? (Provided it can still go to the PO Box). No sense rushing it over from America to sit in a box for a few weeks. :)

As an aside - I'm not sure if this is a CS team issue or a Tech team thing, but my account has a couple of aesthetic-but-still-annoying issues from time to time:

One is that my account history shows three pending orders, but I can only see two - the subscription order above and the playtest preorder. I wonder if the cancelled dice set in that order is a 'phantom preorder' (in which case, I guess it will be resolved once the May shipment leaves). Would you mind looking into it for me, please? I kind of keep an eye on that - sometimes things from other companies can sit there for months and it reminds me to chase things up if there's a glitch somewhere.

The second cosmetic-but-irritating thing is that my shopping cart shows one item "saved for later" however, when I go to the list of items I don't see anything. I don't use this feature much, so it doesn't really matter, but from time to time I do use it in lieu of a 'wishlist' so every now and again I find myself checking what it is I've put aside.

Pretty low priority, but I'd appreciate any help you could give (you guys haven't got anything big in the next couple of weeks, have you?)

Hi Steve!

I've checked into your May subscription, and it looks like it actually did have the cheapest option selected for shipping. It's set to go out via USPS Priority in one package, for $64.63. Looks like it's got 12-20 business days in transit, so hopefully that should cut down on the time it's keeping your mail box company. :)

As for the pending orders, I actually see 4 on your account. The May order (#5013498), the Playtest order (#4781370), the Jungle of Despair Astradaemon and Trunk Case (#5096001), and the Humble Bundle miniatures (#5101591).

I don't see anything in the Saved For Later section at the moment, so I'm thinking that may have just been a hiccup in the system. If you're still seeing it later, go ahead and send us a screenshot and we can have the tech team poke around to see if they know what's going on.

Otherwise, I think you should be all set! As always, just let us know if there's anything we can help with, and we'll be glad to do so. :) I feel like we've got some big thing coming up, but i can't quite put my finger on it. I'll let you know if I remember ;P
