Order #4902222 has eluded me for I think 3 months now. I have recieved no shipment and honestly I am getting very frustrated. I don't blame you guys, more the USPS or whatever insufficient delivery service your compamies fancies. I seem to have this issue with Amazon as well. I have come to solution. I changed my shipping address to a close family member however, this does not work. You guys still sent it to the same address. Then after it was too late I get an email from someone from Paizo asking if it shipped ok because my primary address and shipping address were different. I replied only to never hear back from that person. Now I am getting ANOTHER package "Order#5115351" and it's coming to this address without my THREE other books. This whole situation has me so stressed out, and I have to keep delaying games for my players. So I beg of you PLEASE send my new and old packages to the address I should have currently set. Thank you.

I'm sorry to see no one has gotten back to those emails yet. We are still working through a backlog in the inbox.

It looks like the preferred address for your subscriptions had not been updated, which is why it kept using the other address. You can normally do that on the My Subscriptions page. I have gone ahead and changed that this time.

Replacements for order 4902222 have been added to order 5115351 and you should get an updated order confirmation email for that soon.
