Is anyone else having trouble checking out since the new site went up?
I've tried to buy the pact worlds book 4 times now. It comes up as processing on my bank account but is eventually credited back to me and I can never get it to complete the transaction..... Im building up my knowledge while preparing to run "Against the Aeon Throne" in September...

Your card is being declined because it is failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file.
Each time you try to submit the order the bank is pinged to make sure the card is valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize these authorizations. If not finalized the authorizations expire after a few business days and the holds are released. This is what you are seeing.
