Untrackable shipments

Good morning, I placed 3 orders on the 3rd of May and have been trying to “track shipment” but when it takes me to the ups site it say it doesn’t exist and to contact shipper. Can you please take a look at this? Trying to get these awesome posters!

That often happens for a few days. I think the shipment notice happens when Paizo boxes things up, but sometimes it's not for a few more days that the package is picked up. It's not until the package is picked up that the tracking works.

Also, not all shipping methods are trackable. I vaguely recall seeing something about the upcoming playtest products being in that category.

It is true that not all shipping methods are trackable. While UPS mail innovations does partially use UPS as a courier and therefore has a UPS tracking number, the method does not provide complete tracking. The UPS courier transfers the package to a USPS location or other distribution center, at which point the postal service takes over the delivery of the package with no tracking. While usually UPS does provide tracking up until it is transferred out of their control, delivery confirmation is all that is guaranteed by the tracking on this method.
