hey so i havent played a table top rpg in many years and its been forever and im just wondering what else i am needing. I have a Beginner Box shipping to me in a few days and a core rulebook *mini sized* and a bunch of digital content from the humble bundle pathfinder bundles a few years ago, and im wondering if there is anything else i truely need to get started hosting games again besides a dm screen.

If in person:
-Dice
-Pencils & erasers
-LOTS of spare paper
-Large table (careful with drinks!)
-Laptop or tablet to look up rules/notes/spells/monsters quickly (optional, I recommend using Google Docs for adventure notes)
If online (like Roll20)
-Computer
-Good headset
-Good way to chat (Roll20's voice chat isn't always the best, my groups use Discord)

Obviously what the 2 folks above said - players and basic resources. You said "hosting" games so I'm assuming you have a physical/online location picked out for such an event. A definite NEED for hosting games would be some kind of room for the game to meet in or perhaps a website since blank, empty space can be so distracting.
As far as the game goes no, you don't need anything else. It could be argued you didn't even "need" the above. Head to the PFSRD to find monsters, NPCs, Settlements, and the basic rules to start putting adventures together from scratch.
What kind of a game are you going to run?

The Strategy Guide is suppose to be a spectacular ‘beginner’s Guide when you’re ready for the Core game. I’ve heard people say that’s what it should have been titled.
Just a quick point-of-fact, the Beginners’ Box is a different rules-set than the game system provided in the Core and Strategy Guide. The Box is great as an intro and has many things you can get quite a bit of mileage out of — but when you’re ready to graduate to the Core and all the APs and other books, you’ll have to learn a ‘different’ system.
Either way— starting with Beginners’ Box and graduating to Core, or just starting with the core system, use the Strategy Guide in conjunction with the Core when you start the core system.
