Good day! I ordered 4 dice sets last Monday, April 30, 2018.

In the order form it still shows as pending. I'm currently wondering if the order pushed though because with the credit card I used, I'm completely sure with the billing address and that might cause some delays in my order.

I was hoping if I could get any updates regarding my order so at least I can be at ease or I know if I need to update my credit card info or simply order again.

Hello Aledresin,

It appears that the issue holding up your order has nothing to do with payment information. The problem is that one of the dice sets in the order is not currently in stock. It is the Runic Dice—White & Black. We can remove this item from the order for you so that it may be shipped out. Otherwise, I am currently trying to get an estimate for the time frame in which we may have more in stock. It seems as though this estimate could vary from 4-45 business days.

Ah, it's good to know that it's not the payment information that's keeping the order on hold. I'm fine with the waiting time for the dice.

That being said, perhaps I could have a more definite estimate regarding the waiting time?

It appears that we will be ordering from the providers of the dice this week. So while I do not have an exact day count for when the order will be able to ship, it is likely on the shorter end of the 4-45 business days. I will leave the item in your order and it will ideally be fulfilled in the next 2-3 weeks. Thank you!
