If a character with Improved Uncanny Dodge is stunned, do they still add their Dex bonus to their CMD?

Rules Questions

If a character with Improved Uncanny Dodge is stunned, do they still add their Dex bonus to their CMD? I'm inclined to say no but would like to confirm. Uncanny Dodge: "She cannot be caught flat-footed, nor does she lose her Dex bonus if the attacker is invisible... She still loses her dex bonus if immobilized. She can still lose her Dex bonus if an opponent successfully uses the feint action against her." Improved Uncanny Dodge: She "can no longer be flanked." Stunned: "drops everything held, can't take actions, takes a -2 penalty to AC (which would also apply to CMD), and loses its Dex bonus to AC."

Any thoughts?

The Concordance

Stunned is not flat-footed, nor is it an invisible attacker. You lose your dex bonus.

That's what I thought but it's helpful to get confirmation. Thanks.
