I looked, but I couldn't find another thread.
Oracles who cast modern spells get cure or inflict spells in addition to their spells known.
That language is conspicuously absent from the description of wordcasting oracles
Oracles and Sorcerers
Oracle and sorcerer wordcasters gain bonus spells from their mysteries or bloodlines respectively, just like their spellcasting counterparts, and can cast these spells in addition to their wordspells by using up the appropriate spell slots. They can exchange effect words for new effect words according to their normal progression, but may not exchange their mystery or bloodline bonus spells
I know pretty well that in the rules forum, I'll get a RAW answer. I guess my question is whether people think it's also RAI that oracles have one fewer known spell per level if they are wordcasters?

Wordcasting was a quick tack on that has never gotten much support. Pretty much any game that is going to have it is going to be a homegame with a GM that is fairly open to interpreting how things should be, so the GM is going to be the final call.
I would say though that nothing in Words of Power says that oracles do not get " all of either the cure spells or the inflict spells to her list of spells known" and the part you quotes makes it clear that 'original' type spells and Wordcasting are expected to be part of oracles even without any special feats. So the RAW answer I see is that since the class says they get these spells, and wordcasting doesn't say they don't, then the do get them. So a level one Wordcasting Oracle would still have Cure Light Wounds as a spell known.
It would be reasonable though to give them instead the Healing Group or Wounding group (as clerics can use for spontaneous casting) as words known.
