Inhaled Poison, Doses and Saves...

Rules Questions

Hi all,
I was wondering:

If I am delivering inhaled poison with a poisoned sand tube...

...the poison would still act as inhaled poison as per standard rules within the cone area?

("For most inhaled poisons, 1 dose fills a volume equal to a 10-foot cube. A creature can attempt to hold its breath while inside the area to avoid inhaling the toxin. A creature holding its breath receives a 50% chance of not having to make a Fortitude save each round. See the rules for holding your breath and suffocation. If a creature is holding its breath and fails the constitution check to continue doing so, rather than suffocating it begins to breathe normally again (and is subject to the effects of the inhaled poison if still in the area).")

...if so, could I use it as a sort of "static trap" by blowing it into an area in which I know the enemies might go through (or maybe use reposition and similar maneuvers to move them inside it)?

( I mean...a blow it...creates a cone shaped area of inhaled gas and stay like that until dissipates. )

...would I be able to pack more than 3 inhaled poison doses into a poisoned sand tube? If so, would it increase to +1 dose for each 3 doses loaded into the tube?

...if the opponent fails their save and remain into the poisoned gas area (the cone), if they save they keep rolling if they stay...ok...but...if they FAIL and stay, they would keep rolling or STOP rolling for the save? Each extra round would be like if they were affected by a new poison dose or would run the course of the original poisoning and that's it?

Thanks,
Skarm
