I find your website difficult to navigate. I am a subscriber and can't seem to find my way to my download page to download my ordered product.

See My Account at the top of the page, right of the search box? Clicking on it will bring up a drop-down menu, the second item of which is "Digital Content." This is what used to be called "My Downloads." You can get your PDFs there.
