Hello customer service,

I placed order # 4506765 back on March 10th, and it apparently went immediately on back-order due to not being in stock. No one contacted me to tell me about this, I only found out after logging into the site to track my order a week later. I then called your customer service # and left a voice mail about two weeks ago, asking for the status and expecting a call back, but was never contacted.

Can someone please tell me if this order will eventually be fulfilled, and when? If not, I would like my money back.

At the time you submitted it, it looks like an item that the system thought we would need to get in from a supplier, which is why it had a slightly longer product availability estimate. More information about product availability can be found here: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0o

I'm sorry we haven't responded to your other voicemail yet! We've been really backlogged for awhile now, and I'm sorry to see that got buried for so long.

I've checked with the webstore team, and unfortunately, we can't actually get that version anymore. I have cancelled your order. Sorry about that.
