I am unsure on if this product has been shipped to the other people of this backing but i have not received anything - not even an update.
I placed this order through Humble Bundle and is the very first time i have used you as a retailer. So far i will say as the customer i am quite annoyed.
I know that it was a pre-order product but after searching your online store i am pretty sure i found the exact thing i ordered to purchase and ship ready in stock. It even had been reviewed meaning someone has gotten it.
This was purchased October 2017, and is in my purchase records. What is happening? am i just not receiving this and should i raise some concerns about this?
This has been quite frustrating as like i said i am a first time user through you and i have refrained from buying anything else because from my one and only experience it takes half a year to even receive something.
