Unable to Access Shopping Cart

I went to buy Pact Worlds for Starfinder and when I went to check my cart, I was sent to an error message screen. I've been trying for about a half hour but I'm still being given the same error. I received the same error when just heading to check out directly. This error persists even after trying to access it on my phone and two different browser (Chrome and Firefox). I cleared my cache and cookies on both browsers as well as logging out and in again. Nothing is working. I'd really like some help. Thank you

Update: I tried using my girlfriend's account to access her shopping cart and was able to. However, once I added Pact Worlds to the cart, the error message popped up there too. I'm beginning to wonder if it's the book. I'm attempting to buy the pdf btw.
