In Starfinder Society, it says you may rebuild freely at level 1.
However, certain choices says you choose this at level 1 and it cannot be changed. For example, Operative's specialization, hacker, ghost, explorer ect. Can you change stuff like operative's specialization, and other choices that say cannot be changed if you are still level 1?
