Paizocon banquet plus 4 day badge discount

I recently bought 4 banquet tickets for my group of friends and myself who are heading out to Paizocon. However because we were waiting on what times our flights were gonna be, we didn't immediately commit to doing a 4 day pass. We have now locked in our flights and it seems we will be there for all 4 days, however when going to potentially get a 4 day pass, it doesn't look like we get the $10 off per ticket for the 4 day pass. I'm assuming this is probably because the 4 day pass and banquet ticket need to be purchased in the same transaction perhaps? I'm wondering if anything can be done (perhaps reverse the original 4 banquet ticket transaction) and repurchase in one transaction if necessary? The original banquet transaction is Order 4783463 if that helps. Please let me know what you think.

Hello Klein,

You are assuming correctly. The system wants them to be on the same order so it is not discounting them. I can apply the discount in your cart if you put the tickets in it but it is going to revert back when you submit the order. So if you want to order them, go ahead and then follow up on this post with the order number. I can manually apply it and refund the difference to your original payment method or to your store credit, whichever you prefer.

Thanks for the response. I did go ahead and order the 4 4-day passes as Order 4824492 so if you wouldn't mind just refunding the $10 off per ticket (total of $40) discount to my visa payment method that would be great. Thanks for your help!

The discount has been applied and a refund of $40.00 has been issued to your original payment method. You should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it.
