Elemental Touch and holding the charge?

Hey,
When you cast Elemental Touch, does it fall under the rule of holding the Charge or does it just last the rounds written down there.

The reason im asking is, that if you are holding the charge and cast another spell, the charge you are holding disappeares.
So if i cast Elemental Touch, does it also disappear, when i cast another spell?

Elemental Touch is a personal spell with a set duration. It does not have charges and does not fall under Holding the Charge rules.
