Are there any spells that stop someone from getting pregnant or getting a std or the like? Seems like those would be among the first spells people invented.
Bachelor's snuff for the former, remove disease for the latter.

Both of those items are from Player Companion: Adventurer's Armory, which was a very early PFRPG product (released 2009). Paizo has mostly stepped back from releasing sexually-related content.

Nope. They have sexually related NPC encounters instead. See Reign of Winter, Rise of the Runelords etc.
In reality, back during ancient Rome they had a plant that helped prevent conception, and they stupidly drove it to extinction. You'd think someone would have thought to farm such a plant and turn it into a cash crop.

Paizo avoided explicit sex and closely-related topics, but you may check third-party Book of Erotic Fantasy.
That book is pretty hard to find these days. Worse, it's not all it's cracked up to be. For example, it says that being well endowed doesn't help sexual performance, yet Perform Sex requires Charisma and they've got a bustier that increases that stat (Appearance I think). Lots of enchanted dildos etc, and some really messed up ideas on sexuality. There was a prestige class that cries out LE, yet there's no mention of the alignment based on the described behavior being very LE. Some nudity too, bad photograph art.
