I just purchased the Legacy Gunslinger for Starfinder from Rogue Genius Games in the store. The order went all the way through to complete, and the money has been pulled through my chosen method. However, the download link in my account's "digital content" section for this product isn't working.

Thanks for letting us know! So it sounds like you can see the link on your Digital Content page, but it's not working? What is it doing when you try to click on it? If it's giving you any error messages, it may be a good idea to take a screenshot so we can pass those on if we need the tech team to troubleshoot.

Just let me know and I'll do my best to help out. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions you may have in the meantime.

Yes, I do see the link on my downloads page but it doesn't give any errors. It stalls out for lack of a better word. It doesn't say the usual "Please wait while we watermark" or similar.

I'm still unable to download the file today (April 10). Is there something wrong on my end or is the downloads interface acting up?

Hello Valkyn,

I had some folks look into the PDF and it seems like it is a problem with the PDF itself. Our store team is contacting Rogue Genius Games to ask them to get it fixed up and re upload it.
