I'm sure the answer, as with many classes, is "slight to none." Paizo really punishes one for multiclassing. Please indulge me.
I'm making my first magus, and I'm after the classic Shocking Grasp-centered gish, with a bit more utility hopefully. I'm looking at a half-elf strength-based build (probably with the bladebound archetype), and adding in a level of cross-blooded sorcerer (orc and draconic) for +2 per die damage to SG.
If I can, also thinking of sneaking in a level (possibly 2?) of the Stargazer prestige class for a hex and a familiar, and for the Stargazer sidereal arcana.
My question is, an I trading away too much to get these abilities? Also, Bladebound takes away a familiar. Thoughts are welcome!

I don't think you can get a familiar with the bladebound archetype, ever.
If this is your first magus, go straight class, it will serve you better. Your SG's will be mroe limited than you seem to want to build around, but you won't have enough of them at first to warrant multiclassing for something you can only do a few times per day.
My favorite builds start as human, and go for something like Heighten Spell + Preferred Spell at 5th level, for the ability to convert any 1st level spell slot into SG. You can then prepare your utility spells, use Spell Recall to get them back at 1 point each, then convert them into SG bursts.
Your focus should be on accuracy, and if it matters to you, making those concentration checks.
Magical Lineage and whatnot are common, so you can tack on Elemental Spell/Intensified Spell(s) for free. That way you still spend a 1st level slot, but can get up to 10d6 damage of every element but sonic, spontaneously, as a 1st level spell. Your feats get soaked up, but your versatility comes from your lack of marriage to needing your main spell prepared.

Stargazer probably won't hurt you to much, since you continue spellcasting advancement. It would slow down your bab, slow down arcana and slow down your black blade advancement. Blade bound can't gain a familiar though, even from another class, which means that prestige class might not be a great choice.
Crossblooded sorcerer would slow down your Magus spell advancement in addition to the above, and also give you a -2 to your will save. I just don't see that being a good trade. A magus does solid damage when spell striking anyway, so you would be better at something you are already strong in while lowering your chance to hit and weakening you when you do other things (your non-spell strike attacks, bladed dash attacks, etc.)
