Hello Paizo Customer Service,

In the order indicated by the title I ordered some Syrinscape soundpacks. Most of them displayed the codes properly, but my Syrinscape—Incident at Absalom Station SoundPack is being very stubborn and won't give me the code, just reloading the downloads page with no change. I sent an email about this 2 weeks ago and have not yet recieved a response.

We heard back from Syrinscape yesterday about several we had asked for serial numbers for but they didn't respond to the one for you. I resent it when yesterday when I didn't see yours. So I am expecting to hear back about yours specifically any time.
