I have a level 6 Wizard with craft wand feat. I want to craft a Cure Serious Wounds wand. I do not have it on my spell list so can I enlist the aid of a fellow party member (a 8th level bard or 5th level cleric) to cast the spell? If so the spellcraft DC would be 5+5(caster level of spell)+5(not having spell on my list)=15? Time to make 12 days and cost 1/2 of 11250 (5625gp). If the bard helped it would still be CL5 but time to make would be 16 days and 15750gp(7875gp), right? If all of this is correct I can add +5 to DC to finish it in 1/2 the time and DC of Spellcraft check would now be a DC 20? Again, if everything above is correct then can I have them Aid Another with a DC 10 for a +2 (+4 for both of them helping)?

Having the spell on your list doesn't matter. If you can somehow provide the spell each day you avoid the +5 for not having a prerequisite. So the DC to make a CL5 wand of CSW is a 10. Evilserran is right that no one can aid your Spellcraft check with a teamwork feat, but since you can take 10 success is assured anyway. For CL5 the 11250 gp and 12 days figure is correct, and 6 days if you can make a DC15 Spellcraft taking 10, which should not be a problem for a wizard.

In order to aid another in crafting any magic item, you must have the teamwork feat to aid while crafting magic items.

Sort of. In order to speed up crafting and provide a skill check benefit, you need the feat. If a crafter just needs someone to provide the spell for them, no additional requirement is necessary.
But . . . this is a wand, which is a spell trigger item. For potions, spell trigger items, and spell completion items, the spell must be on your spell list, period--no bypassing with a +5 DC. You can still get someone else to do the actual casting during creation, but it must be a spell available to your class. This requirement, and the requirement that you have the requisite item creation feats, are the only requirements that cannot be bypassed via increasing the DC.

Yes, I agree with the +5 to DC for not having the spell on your list. As far as, Cooperative crafting I was unaware of that feat. Thanks. I didn't think you could take 10 on using spellcraft to craft magic item feats so with a spellcraft of +13 that makes crafting way easier to do and not get cursed items. LOL. Thank all for your input.

As blaphers said you cannot ignore the requirement of the spell when crafting a wand so there is never a time when the +5 craft DC will come into effect in this situation.
Also, without certain feats or valet familiars, etc. as mentioned, you cannot aid another on these checks. You can, as ryric posted, take 10, so that is the crucial point in the calculation.
For a 5th level Wand of Cure Serious Wounds with the party cleric or bard providing the spell during crafting it would be a DC 10 Spellcraft check to craft it and it would take 12 days at a cost of 5,625gp.
If you wanted to speed up the process, then you could add 5 to the craft DC to make it a DC 15 Spellcraft check and get it done in 6 days at the same cost of 5,625gp.
I hope this helps with the above answers as well.

Agreed that you cannot bypass the spell requirement for +5 DC. But...
Note that all items have prerequisites in their descriptions. These prerequisites must be met for the item to be created. Most of the time, they take the form of spells that must be known by the item's creator (although access through another magic item or spellcaster is allowed). The DC to create a magic item increases by +5 for each prerequisite the caster does not meet. The only exception to this is the requisite item creation feat, which is mandatory. In addition, you cannot create potions, spell-trigger, or spell-completion magic items without meeting their spell prerequisites.
All the craft feats say:
The act of working on the item triggers the prepared spells, making them unavailable for casting during each day of the item's creation. (That is, those spell slots are expended from the caster's currently prepared spells, just as if they had been cast.)
Since the crafting feats state the spell is triggered from your slot, yet the magic item creation preface states the spell can be supplied from elsewhere, I don't think that it must be on your list.
Cooperative Crafting can be used to speed the rate of crafting. So can adding 5 to the DC.
