Order 4843472 - Syrinscape Soundpack

Purchased the Syrinscape - Rise of the Runelords Mega SoundPack just a few minutes ago. When I click on the "Click here to fetch serial number" it reloads the page but nothing has changed. Based on other posts it looks like this might be a known issue with the SoundPacks. Just hoping to get this fixed.
