Unable to checkout

When trying to check out I keep receiving the same error (Error 7?) when trying to input payment method. This error has appeared for multiple cards/types or cards. The cards are valid and continue to work with online ordering for anywhere other than Paizo. What should I do?

Hello J,

It looks like the cards you were trying to use don't have a billing address attached to them. You can send an email to customer.service@paizo.com with the billing address and we can attach it to the card for you.
