I ordered two digital downloads just now and they weren’t added to my digital content. I had the same problem with an order this morning. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like this order submitted okay, so in this case, it is likely this problem:

Unfortunately, there is some odd behavior happening on the My Downloads page that the tech team is still looking into.

If you need to download something in the meantime, you should still be able to access your PDFs individually, if you go to the product page for that item, and the the “Downloads" tab (you can find that underneath the product information, next to the “Product Reviews” and “Product Discussion” tabs).

I tried accessing the scenarios through the Downloads tab on the individual product pages without success. The tabs say Downloads (1), but there isn’t any link when I click the tabs.


I have the exact same issues. Order 4799076.
