Familiar and size bonus

Rules Questions

Sovereign Court

Hello, im a bit confused with this...

Assuming that the familiar tumor of an alchemist takes a giant-shaped extract I, how would the new statistics be calculated?
The familiar is tiny in size before drinking the extract, that means that I must first subtract the modifiers from being of that size and then assign the new ones?
What happens with hishp? If the family member has half his teacher and his constitution increases, do I simply calculate 1 extra hitpoint for every 2 of constitution?

Thanks!

Per polymorph rules, you adjust its attributes according to the chart below if its size is larger than Medium or smaller than Small, then add the spell bonuses. Constitution does not affect a Familiar's HP.
