PCs Want to buy Harrowstone.

One of my PCs is a noble from Caliphas, after the first adventure(HoH), he stated that he wanted to buy Harrowstone.

I kinda don't know what to do. He wants to arrange a meeting with the noble who owns Ravengro and discuss the matter. He says this:

- Harrowstone is empty, so no one is paying taxes there.
- The current state of harrowstone(empty and kinda haunted) make it difficult for outsiders to consider moving to ravengro.

I liked the idea, but I don't know how much it would cost.
Its a building who needs a lot of repair, but it is still a big building.

I'm accepting suggestions.

My PCs had a similar idea- they wanted to clean the place up, make it a place with guided tours and stuff. I said sure- but made them wait through a long winded bureaucratic application, which just happened to finally finish after the end of the final book!

If you don't mind a bit of work, use Ultimate Campaign's rooms from the Downtime section to give you an idea. Give them a discount for it being haunted and perhaps in bad repair.
