Using Inquisitor Archetypes that modify the same ability, but one adds and one replaces.

My question is about the Inquisitor archetypes of Heretic and Umbral Stalker. Heretic adds a Judgement to your list, while Umbral Stalker replaces the Justice Jugdment. Would those be compatible, because they do not change anything about the same judgement?

When two archetypes modify different parts of the class skill list they are incompatible by RAW, this would seem to be the same principle.
