So I have a paladin who took eldritch heritage and improved eldritch heritage and is now taking greater eldritch heritage. Orc bloodline. I'm taking the ability
Power of Giants (Sp): At 15th level, you may grow to Large size as a standard action. At this size you gain a +6 size bonus to Strength, a –2 penalty to Dexterity, a +4 size bonus to Constitution, and a +4 natural armor bonus. You may return to your normal size as a standard action. You may remain in this size for up to 1 minute per character level per day; this duration does not need to be consecutive, but it must be used in 1 minute increments.
To use this ability Defensively, I'd need to make a concentration check, DC 15+2xSpell level. What's the spell level for this ability?

I don't know that this has ever been answered explicitly. In my personal opinion, if an ability it not 'like a spell' it shouldn't have been categorized as a spell-like ability in the first place, but that of course doesn't solve the problem.
I have seen the suggestion that the level be treated as 1/2 the character level the ability is a acquired at and/or the highest spell level a character of that could cast if he was a 9 level prepared caster, which would come out to seventh level. The ability is similar to, although missing some bits, of Giant Form I, which is a 7th level sorcerer/wizard spell, which is some additional evidence that this isn't a bad answer for that situation.
Perhaps though their has been an official answer I'm not aware of and someone can point you to it.

Cleric domains, sorcerer bloodlines, wizard schools, and certain other class features give spell-like abilities that aren't based on spells. What's the effective spell level for these abilities?
The effective spell level for these spell-like abilities is equal to the highest-level spell that a character of that class could normally cast at the level the ability is gained.
For example, a 1st-level elemental bloodline sorcerer has elemental ray as a spell-like ability. Because a sorcerer 1's highest-level spell available is 1st, that spell-like ability counts as a 1st-level spell. A 9th-level elemental bloodline sorcerer has elemental blast as a spell-like ability. Because a sorcerer 9's highest-level spell available is 4th, that spell-like ability counts as a 4th-level spell.

7th level spell.

If a character class grants a spell-like ability that is not based on an actual spell, the ability's effective spell level is equal to the highest-level class spell the character can cast, and is cast at the class level the ability is granted.
Unfortunately, this was granted via feats rather than a class ability. That said, since the feats are intended to grant abilities normally associated with a class ability, I'd treat it as a 7th-level spell, just as if a sorcerer had acquired the ability normally at 15th level.
