Order #4696620 still not received

Hi all!

My February subscription order was dispatched on the 14th of February, but I still haven't received it (in Ireland). I know that the max time for delivery is technically 36 days, but it has never taken this long before. Is there any way to track the delivery on Paizo's side?

Hi Evan,

It's an estimate of 9 to 36 business days in transit. This would put it estimated to arrive sometime between February 28th and April 6th.

I tried to see if I could dig up any tracking details, but am not having any luck right now.

It's mostly likely still on its way to you, or stuck in customs somewhere. Packages can get delayed for longer than they normally take to get to you for a variety of reasons. Hopefully it shows up soon!
