I have been directed that making a post here is the correct way to contact Customer Service on unlocking my 4th star scenarios. (I recently passed the 100 game mark a week or so ago).

Thanks for letting us know. I've added that setting to your account.
You should get access to those PDFs the next time we run that report in the system, which is generally around the middle of each week.
