I'm seeing the same thing. I tried a different payment method and it also failed.
Now when I click "place your order" it just brings up the same page saying "click each numbered step to complete your order" (but doesn't actually show the steps at the top). It seems that you can't currently make purchases in the store?

When I try to buy the PDF
'Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Guild #4-4—Relic in the Wastes'
with my VISA card, I can't complete the checkout, the reason stated being 'Transaction declined'. I've often bought the PDFs like that, so I wonder what's wrong?
It looks like there was a hiccup with the credit card process on our end. Please try submitting it again and let me know if it gives you any more trouble.

It looks like your's was originally getting declined because of the hiccup with our credit card process, but then switch to a problem with your card info. It looks like your billing address information only has your name entered. Please try entering the address. If the system is giving you any trouble with that, please email us your billing name and address (exactly as your bank displays it) and we can enter it from our side. Our email address is customer.service@paizo.com

I'm still seeing the same problem, unfortunately, and am unable to check out.
I make sure all three steps at the top are green and then click "place your order", but rather than submitting the order it just reloads the page (without the three numbered steps at the top). Clicking again does the same thing. It doesn't say that anything is declined -- it just seemingly doesn't submit it. Any way around this?

If the system is giving you any trouble with that, please email us your billing name and address (exactly as your bank displays it) and we can enter it from our side. Our email address is customer.service@paizo.com

I am not seeing an emails from you in our inbox, have you sent the address through to us so we can enter it on our end of the system? Once we get that taken care of, we should be able to push the order through.
