Arakineticist from Blood of the Coven Rule Question

In Blood of the Coven, Page 22, under the Arakineticist Kineticist Archetype, Accursed Infusion states that it replaces the utility wild talent gained at 13th level. However, the Kineticist entry on pages 10-29 of Occult Adventures states that the Kineticist gains utility wild talents on even levels, or "at 2nd level and every 2 levels thereafter," which is reiterated in Table 1-1: Kineticist on page 12.

Is this an error in the printing of the Arakineticist Archetype in Blood of the Coven?

Since the ability granted specifically calls itself an infusion, I'm guessing it replaces the 13th-level infusion wild talent. ^_^
