Hello,
I recently attempted an online pdf order. After filling in my (recently updated) credit card information... Some weirdness happened... With the ultimate result being 'credit card etc etc' refused and the order not completing.
I phoned my credit card company, and they said that everything was fine on their end, and there was even two 'pending' orders from Paizo.
It isn't possible to supply an order number or such, as - at least from this site - the transaction didn't seem to be completed.
Ideally, I'd like:
1) A way to ensure that my new credit card info actually works on Paizo;
2) Elimination of one of the two 'pending' orders (as it is a duplicate!);
3) The pdf in question! :P

Hi Michael,
It looks like your card was declined with the message "Unknown cause." A couple of authorizations were opened with those attempts, but we won't be able to finalize them. I have submitted reversal requests for those so your card company will know we aren't finalizing those and they can hopefully release the holds on the funds sooner.
This was likely some kind of error/time out with our credit card processor. Please try submitting the order again. Let us know if you have any more trouble.
