Once you are in the checkout process, click on "Payment Method" and then look at the bottom of the page. It has a box where you can enter a discount code with an "Apply" button next to it.

Please note, I believe you have to set your shipping to ship immediately to get the field for adding the code. Once the code is added you can switch it back to ship with subscription, if that's what you prefer.
At least, that's what I found.
