Adding Payment Method Dialogue Box is Awful

I'm trying to add a payment method so I can purchase the Starfinder Core Rule book but I keep getting this bad dialogue issue.
I have gotten this on both Chrome and Firefox and it makes adding a payment method impossible. Any solutions?

Our tech team was working on this as part of the website overhaul and mentioned earlier that it should be working now. Are you still having the issue?

It is still occurring, appearing the same as before.

I have let the tech team know so they can look into it and get it fixed. In the meantime we can put it in for you. Sending card information through email is never a good idea so the best way will be to give us a call at 425-250-0800 between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday.
