Fragile and Broken Combat Tiers

Hi, I recently bought a Combat Tiers by Tinkered Tactics from a store recently. However, upon playing with it for a bit, on set of pieces became stuck and very easily broke when I tried pulling it off. You can find pictures below.

I tried looking for contact information, but I was unable to find anything for Tinkered Tactics and was lead back here. I would understand if Paizo itself could not help me with replacing this product, but I would appreciate any form of contact information to discuss the issue with Tinkered Tactics. Thank you.

Thank you for letting us know about this! Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer a replacement since the order was not placed through us directly. The first step would be to talk to the local store that you purchased the combat tiers from, and see if they are able to offer you an exchange or a replacement. They should be able to go through their distribution chain to get a replacement if the item was found to be faulty.

If your local store is unable to help find a resolution, let us know and I will see if there is something I can do to get you connected directly to Tinkered Tactics.

Hello, I spoke with my local store and they were unable to find a solution that they could feasible achieve. I would like the information of Tinkered Tactics in order to replace or solve this issue. Thanks!
