Hello guys! I buy some miniatures on january 26, but its february 16 and i dont have any mail from the arrival of the product. I'm from Argentina and i select the USPS Priority Mail has shipping method. I'm
worried.

Thank you for letting us know. Your order shipped out on January 29 and had up to 10 business days in transit to you. It should have arrived by now so it sounds like it is lost in the post. I have set up a replacement for you. One of the items, the Red Dragon Evolution Box we are out of. I spoken to the webstore team to see if you can get a hold of another to send you. As it is late in the day I probably won't have an answer to that until Tuesday. If we can't I will need to refund you for that item and send the rest.


I dont understand, you have to send again the miniatures? (sorry i'm not to good with english)

Mi Español es mal, disculpo. Su pedido salío Enero 29. Víaja 10 días de trabajo. Así que suena como si se pierde en el correo. He creado reemplazos, pero no tenemos uno de los artículos, el Red Dragon Evolution Set. Mi tienda está comprobando si pueden obtener más, pero no escuchará hasta el Martes. Si no podemos le devolveremos el dinero para el artículo.

I want to cancel the purchase of all the products. The firstone never came and i dont want to wait 3 or 4 weeks more for get them. I want the money back its possible?
