Can you please remove the Map Pack Starship Decks from this order? I would still like to continue the subscription, but have no need for any Starfinder map products.

He did. But now there is a new problem:

By cancelling the subscription, he canceled both map products. I still want the Bigger Bridge.

Is there no way to leave the subscription active, and simply cancel the map pack?
