Ok thank you, but I have now had this issue with you guys again. I am worried A. whomever you use to ship your product leaves it at my door which risks theft, or B. it is not going to the right address. I looked at my mailing address and it is correct, but as I said this keeps happening and there is no reason why. Nothing has changed and I recieved the first 4 books with no issues, but this is the 3rd time I have had this problem.

Hello Cynical,
The shipping method on the order is standard post. That means that UPS Mail Innovations carries it as close to you as they can and then transfer the package to USPS for final delivery. Looking at the tracking for order 4634963, it was last scanned when UPS MI transferred it to a post office in Portland. USPS never scanned it at all. So it sounds like it was lost during the hand off.
