I have just noticed that I have not been getting my campaign setting books as part of my subscription to the campaign setting line - I have missed the Ruins of Azlant Map Folio & Taldor: The First Empire for example. I am unsure what else I may have missed - is there any way someone can take a look to see what campaign setting books I have not had shipped to me since I subscribed to that line?

Also it says Inner Sea Taverns is set to ship in Feb, but when I looked at my subscription page under items listed to ship in February Inner Sea Taverns is absent.
Another thing I just noticed - it has construct builders handbook in my sidecart as at the time I subscribed I think that book was set for an earlier release but got delayed? I see it is now set for Dec 2018, so is that what has held up my campaign setting books?

I'm sorry for any confusion with this. Unfortunately, yes, it looks like your subscription has gotten a bit wonky since it's set to start with Construct Builder's Handbook but that got delayed. Sorry about that! We're still trying to figure out a good way to fix that situation.
I've generated subscription copies of Taldor, the First Empire and the Ruins of Azlant Poster Map Folio to your sidecart.
Moving forward, it is likely that the best solution will be that we cancel your current campaign setting subscription. You should then be able to start a new subscription with Inner Sea Taverns (or the next item that you're interested in after that). Please just confirm if you want me to go ahead and cancel that now.

Follow up question though re: Taldor & Ruins - normally you get a free PDF with it as a subscription, but given that this was a system error, will I still be getting the PDFs for those 2 since they are sidecarted?

Okie dokie! I've cancelled the Campaign Setting sub.
For Taldor and Ruins - I generated those as subscription copies, so you'll still get the PDFs when those ship.
