With the new book of the damned came, among other things, three sets of boons for the demon lords. In Socothbenoth's third evangelist boon, it says:
you can cast polymorph any object as a spell-like ability. Unlike with the spell, you are not limited to existing forms; you could turn the target into a three-headed nymph or a centaur-like creature made only of human body parts, for example (although this does not apply to inanimate forms, such as turning a human into a sculpture of soft clay or vice versa).
So, how do the stat adjustment and new abilities work? For the three headed nymph, for example, would you get three bite attacks? Would it key off of fey form? Can you turn into specific individuals? Is there a size limit?

You’d get three times as many bites as a regular nymph, zero.
This is pretty clearly intended as mechanical support for some really depraved bad guy sex dungeon scenes rather than a serious option for players. If you take it in that direction the GM should just design custom monsters.

George Washington was apparently an evangelist of Socothbenoth. Now we know what those Masonic rituals are all about.
