Order has said "shipped" for over a month but has not arrived.

Order #4621480. My account says its been shipped and said to wait up to 36 days from the order date. That time has been exceeded. I have sent an email and received no response. I have tried to call and receive a beep followed by a message that returns me to the main menu of the call. I want my product or a full refund and Im tired of jumping through hoops for a simple response.

I want to know where the item is or I want my money returned to me.

Hello Jhanue,

Your order shipped out on December 15 and had up to 36 business days in transit to you. This would put it arriving on or before Tuesday, February 8 (business days exclude weekends and holidays). So it is not late yet. If it has not arrived by the end of the day on February 8 please let us know and we can set up a replacement or issue a refund.

Our office is closed on weekends and holidays so today is the first day anyone has been in the office since you sent your email.
