After reading post after post after post about how people hate playing fighters (I am wondering who is forcing these people to play fighters?), I am reminded of an idea I had a few years ago: An All Theurge Campaign.
The Theurge can cast both arcane and divine spells.
Meat shields can be provided by NPCs. The party can be 4 Theurges and an equal number of hirelings.
There, no more worry about balancing classes. Everyone gets to be a GOAT.
