The Garg White Dragon normally arrives in a sealed product box. These two orders arrived with it out of package. Can you clarify the discrepancy? I appreciate the help. Thank you in advance.

The warehouse has informed me that as inventory gets low on a lot of the older minis, it is not always guaranteed to be in retail packaging. It varies depending on an assortment of factors like if we happened to buy a collection of minis that had it in it or if the retail packaging was too damaged to send, etc.
