Startfinder 01-04 Has been stuck pending for along time

I am Starfinder subscriber (to everything) and the Scenario 01-04 has been stuck in Pending forever. I keep expecting you to kick it loose but that isn't working so now I am bugging you about it :). Can you please fix it.
