I'm hurting really bad tonight and can't sleep, so I'm thinking of things I'd like to see in PFS...
More vanities!
I love vanities! I want more vanities! They make me smile. Give me more vanities.
I want like vanity titles! I'd love to actually be able to get the title of Knight, or maybe something like:
Noble - X PP
Your deeds have gained you recognition and, because of that, you've been granted a noble title. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to bluff and diplomacy when dealing with nobles and other members of high society.
- Or -
Religious Status - X PP
You are a respected member of a religion of your choosing. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to diplomacy when dealing with other members of the same religion.
- Or - I dunno. Vanities are neat.

Everything you mentioned currently exists, actually.
The difficulty is that no website, Paizo or Third Party, lists vanities.
So a web search doesn't bring up anything.
Well, Damanta made this List of Vanities

I will join HWalsh and say that I want more vanities for PFS too. Let’s get more types of followers, more organizations that we can join, more jobs that we can do. I would love to see new faction vanities, and new property vanities.
For example, you can buy a Tavern, but you cannot buy a Tea Shop. My bard, Cup, desperately wants her own Tea Shop, the Poshkettle. I would like a more generic eatery vanity.
If you are looking for a splatbook that I would buy, give us a bunch of crazy new Vanities in it!

Knighthood and noble titles so far exist as convention or scenario boons. This indicates to me that such titles are intended to be something that not every character can have.
I think this is a good thing, because there is less of a chance that most of the party are nobles when the group interacts with NPCs that care of such things. This gives those noble characters a chance to shine and be different from everyone else.
